Friday, 22 April – In celebration of a life well lived – Mr. Ferdinand Tsien

Dear Faculty –

On Friday, 22 April 2016, we will hold a memorial event to mark the 10th anniversary of the passing of one of our founders, Mr. Ferdinand Tsien. The brief program will feature performances by students from all three divisions and reflections from members of the Tsien family including our board chair, Ms. Gayle Tsien. The event will be held in the SSIS auditorium from 16:30 – 18:00 followed by a cocktail hour outside in the patio and garden area.

Approximately 170 representatives from PMH and the Vietnamese government will attend this event, but we have reserved seats for our faculty and long-time Vietnamese employees who knew Mr. Tsien. We appreciate the legacy of Mr. Tsien every day in our work with SSIS students and are blessed by his foresight and generosity to enjoy amazing facilities in which to work and play.
