Last week ended reminding me that we never know what someone is really going through. As we get into the work of our Q4 Super Units and working with our students and collaborating with colleagues across our division and other divisions please keep this in mind.
If a colleague or student seem preoccupied or “off” please respond with grace and kindness. If you catch yourself being off, please let a trusted friend or colleague know. We are all here to help each other and we have to remember that we are all in this together.
CTP Testing
CTP testing begins this week as well. Please remember to approach this with a smile and confidence in our students. There isn’t anymore we can do to prepare them, so let’s make sure they know we believe in them. If any of them appear too stressed or anxious over the test please reach out to Lance and Shawn for support if you need it.
