PERMA Overview

Let’s unpack PERMA a bit with a helpful article from the Positive Psychology website. Remember that Dr. Seligman researched what leads to well-being and flourishing. His research found that there are five main elements that when activated in positive fashion can lead us to feel more happy and fulfilled. In time, health was added to the theory which gives us six pillars to engage our strengths within. Here is the article from the Positive Psychology site offering an overview of  the original PERMA construct. The article is an excellent reference to print out and keep handy for easy access.
