Coronavirus Update: New directive from Vietnam Government – school extended closure until February 29

Dear Faculty and Staff,

Contrary to our earlier letter, we have just been directed by the Vietnam Government to extend our temporary school closure until February 29th. 

  We were very much looking forward to having our students back in school with us, but we respect the government’s citywide directive for implementing all possible precautionary measures for our community’s safety.

We will continue to deliver a high-quality curriculum to our students through Virtual School. Until further notice, faculty and staff should continue to report to school to support our students’ online learning. No students will be allowed on campus during this time.

Please know that we are here to help you during this stressful time. We will continue to work through this challenge together.

This weekend, I will meet with the Senior Leadership Team to consider any changes in our practices and procedures in implementing Virtual School during this extension. We will communicate with you again on Sunday afternoon. In the meantime, stay safe and healthy.
