Personal and Family Wellness Plans

There could not be a better time than now to come together as a family to design and create your family wellness plan. The same goes for us as individuals as the need to dial up our PERMAH should be front and center as we look at the lockdown continuing at least through the start of May.

This blog is filled with helpful articles and videos that can help us be active in taking care of our individual and family well-being needs. We are so fortunate to have so much science-based information on how to support our mental, physical and spiritual needs. With Positive Psychology we have the PERMAH construct and Character Strengths to provide the structure to set goals, list action steps and follow them. I put together a simple planning document that you can adapt and use for your family wellness plan.
