Nuts & Bolts:
Core Value Reflective Plans: One our essential goals as a school is to help students develop the Core Values. One way for them to be mindful of our Core Values is for us to help them reflect on them when they demonstrate a behaviour of concern. Here is the link to the revised Core Value Reflective Plans (Also in The Navigator) that classroom and specialist teachers and teaching assistants can use with students. Please note there are three versions (KG, 1-2, 3-5). We have similar forms to use with students sent directly to the principal’s office. The forms will be further explained at this Wednesday’s Divisional meeting for teachers and at a January meeting for teaching assistants.
Judith Fox Assembly: Judith Fox, the sister of Terry Fox, will join us Friday to speak about her brother’s work and legacy. Due to her schedule and presentation style, it was determined that the assembly is best suited for G4 and G5 students.
Wishing you all a stupendous week! Roxanne
