Parent teacher conference week is among the most important weeks of the year. It is our opportunity to connect with every single parent and celebrate all the hard work our students and you have accomplished. Please take time to reflect on the incredible academic, social, emotional and behavioral accomplishments you have all seen from our students. It truly is remarkable how much has been accomplished in 9 weeks.
Weekly Focus:
Our focus this week continues to be on “I can” statements. If you have any questions about this please let us know!
Parent/Teacher Conferences
Remember that there should not be any surprises at conferences. If you have something you want to discuss with parents that is new and a concern please let us know.
Reflection and goal setting is a big part of the week. Please make sure you take the time to establish goals when you are meeting with parents
If you need or want any support with a specific conference please let us know so we can help you as needed.
CONFERENCE INFO
Food will be provided on Thursday and Friday. Thursday will be Mexican food. Friday it will be Indian food.

ROOM PARENTS
Room parents have been contacted and know that you will reach out to them with any needs you have that they can support. If you still need a room parent, please try one last time at P/T conferences to have them sign up.
DUTY
I have received a lot of feedback on duties and schedules. I will be sending out an email with any new or changed procedures to start after fall break. Keep the feedback coming as it helps us to refine and improve our systems.
