Wow, we’ve officially completed the first week of school, and what a journey it has been so far! The energy and excitement from both students and teachers have been like a garden in full bloom—vibrant and full of life. As we enter the second week, let’s take a moment to reflect on the positive moments and experiences we’ve had, while eagerly anticipating the incredible opportunities that lie ahead.

During the first week, we witnessed the budding of strong connections and relationships. The smiles and shared enthusiasm were a testament to the dedication and passion that each one of you brings to the classroom every day. Let’s continue tending to these relationships and maintaining the positive momentum we’ve established.

As we begin our second week, please continue to practice procedures with purpose. Many of you have come to me with minor tweaks and adjustments to our routines. Keep those recommendations and ideas coming; they help create a more flourishing environment for everyone. Below you will see some changes we are making beginning Monday.

Remember to celebrate the achievements and positive experiences we’ve had so far. With your dedication, enthusiasm, and continued support, we can make this week another beautiful week.

Welcome, Counselor Intern Katherine Hua!

Please join me in giving a warm welcome to Katherine Hua, who will be interning at SSIS as she completes her counseling degree. Katherine will be working across all three divisions, starting with our Elementary School, where she’ll be closely collaborating with Shawn and Lance. Let’s make sure to give her a friendly hello when you see her around campus!
