November 4th – 8th
Ending the week with Dr. Gay felt like the perfect way to wrap up a busy season of growth and reflection. The PD brought invaluable insights into inclusivity, and belonging challenging us to deepen our understanding and enrich our practices. I hope you left the sessions feeling aligned and motivated to carry this work forward. With a quieter week ahead, there’s time to reflect and integrate some of the learning from the past week, setting a steady foundation for the journey ahead. i can’t wait to see how your students count to 5.
We also want to share that Melanie’s procedure went off with out issue and we expect to see Principal Sylvester back on Wednesday. We miss you Mel!

This past week, Tammy led an outstanding lesson that seamlessly integrated students’ work on the water cycle into an engaging art activity. The thoughtful alignment of vocabulary made the lesson especially impactful. When students encounter the same terms across different contexts, their opportunities to truly grasp and master the meanings deepen significantly.
