Today was a great day filled with Halloween spirit. Thanks to everyone who participated in the costume contest as well as all staff who helped our students have a marvelous day! From ninja dancing, to weather events, a huge numbers of crayons, a G5 field trip, and a popcorn machine, your efforts are to be commended!

ES Sports: This week is the last week of Season 1 sports. Season 2 sports sign ups will be announced next week Monday, November 2nd. Try outs will begin on November 9th.

Upcoming Flood Relief Campaign:

In recent weeks, local and national news has been full of stories from the devastating floods in central Vietnam. We have all seen the images of the tragic loss suffered by so many families.
Several of our students have recognized the great need among the people of central Vietnam, and turned to their teachers and principals to ask how we as a school can help.
Next week, from November 2 to November 6, students across all divisions will be raising funds to support the relief efforts of Blue Dragon, a charitably funded non-governmental organization based in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Teachers- I will send you a video to share with your class on Monday. Our ES target is to raise 50,000,000 VND. Please encourage your parents and children by reminding them verbally and using Seesaw (I will send you a letter to post on Monday). There will be a display at the end of the plaza by the EC doors that will be updated daily to show the daily money collection amounts. Ms. Thuy will be sharing a spreadsheet for you to use to collect donations. Once the money is collected, please ensure that it is sent to the ES Office daily. No money should remain in classrooms overnight. Thanks to everyone for your support of this much needed campaign.
