Happy Monday!
Good Morning Everyone! I hope that everyone had a chance to decompress, rejuvenate and perhaps explore a new place over the break.

Our last week at work ended w/bang! Shout-outs are in order for all teachers and teaching assistants for making parent-teacher conferences successful. If you have thoughts on how we can do even better next year, please share ideas for improving conferences here. If you haven’t already done so, please report parent attendance on this form. Kudos also go to the Kindergarten, Grade 2, Grade 4 and Grade 5 teachers, teaching assistants and specialists who helped their students celebrate their Super Unit learning in a GRAND way! (Grade 2: Olympic Ambassadors, Grade 4: “Ted Talks,” Grade 5: The Amazing Race).

Nuts & Bolts:
Need to leave campus during the school day? Please send an email to Dan or Roxanne w/a CC to Thuy. Also, be sure to stop by the ES office to sign out and back in. In the event that someone needs to find you or there is an emergency drill on campus, we need to know who might be missing and who is simply off campus. Thank you!

Duty: One of our professional responsibilities is ensuring student safety during assigned duty times. Please be punctual in arriving at your designated spot. The students count on you to be there so they can play and the teachers and TAs who do not have duty count on your punctuality so they can release their children and begin their breaks. So that students have our full attention, please save phone and computer use for non-duty time. Do, however, have your phone on hand for emergencies. Whistles are available in the office.
