Dear ES Team, I hope everyone was able to rest and relax a bit this past week!    Of course I miss going to the gym, so my goal this week was to find a new home exercise routine!  I am adjusting to life without heels and I am embracing the concept of wearing my gym clothes all day– every day!   Last Thursday, I insisted on wearing a dress (and blow drying my hair)– I even took out a pair of shoes, but I didn’t put them on!!!
