Week Ahead: May 4 (quick version)

I’m hoping that you (like me) had a fantastic break … doing what ever it is that makes you feel refreshed and relaxed.  I’m also hoping that a week away from each other has gotten us over the illness that was being passed along 🙂

Author’s Note:  This is the last night with my dad … so I’m going to keep this post short.  I’ll fill in extra details later.  So this is just the most essential stuff that I remembered in the 20 minutes I have given myself to write the post.

Here is what’s up this week:
We are doing MAP testing starting today.  We will be on HL schedule Monday-Friday and will be testing in different blocks for different grades.  Here is the MAP Testing Schedule as a reminder. I’ve also listed it in the day schedule below.  Please note that EAL and LS students are testing with Amy and Stacy.  If you have questions about this, see Amy and Stacy ASAP.

Role of Proctors:  All proctoring materials and supplies the students will need are in the testing rooms, though are attached here as well.  Proctors are asked to frame the purpose of the test, read the directions and begin the testing session.  They will also be in charge of monitoring the test progress and answering questions from students.  Please ensure that only the students listed for your room are testing in your room.  If a student appears in the wrong room, please kindly direct them to the correct room.
