• December 13th – Faculty meeting (comment writing time) 3:15
• December 14th – Student Winter Concert Performance 1:00 Auditorium
• December 14th – MS Winter Concert 6:00pm
• December 15th – Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony
• December 16th – All School Winter Party!
• December 19th – MS Dance Performance 6:00pm
• December 20th – Half Day Release – Holiday!!!! (Stay tuned for half day plan and schedule)

December Grading and Reporting Timeline – 

Quarter 2 / Semester 1:  Ends December 20, 2023

• December 15 – comments completed and peer reviewed (in S1 bin) and grades completed by 2:00; verification reports printed at 3:00
• December 18 – verification reviewed, signed (can be digital) and returned to office by 3:00
• December 20 – report cards emailed parents

The Master order is planned to be delivered in July 2024.

Resource Catalog: We highly recommend teachers to use the Australian resources for the best delivery result. They are branded with a high quality and wide range of teaching material with the advantage of the Australian dollar. With the disruptive logistics in the world, ordering from the USA could take longer travel time to arrive at the school, and it might cause some unexpected logistic issues. You will find a lot of websites for Australia resources in the Vendor list.

Some remarks for the template:

Category column: please choose the appropriate item i.e Overseas, Local order, Subscription, and ICT, as all items will be sorted and allocated to the person in charge.

• Local orders will be bought locally; the Business Office will process it in May every year.

• Subscription demands should be sent to the Teaching and Learning Office to process.

•  ITC demands shall direct to the ICT Office to process.

Submission deadline (by Division):  18 Dec 2023

•  Local order will be bought locally; BO will process it in May every year.

•   Subscriptions Purchase Orders (POs) should be sent to the Teaching and Learning Office to process.

•   ITC Purchase Orders (POs) shall direct to the ICT Office to process.

Each IDL will copy the Master order template  for their department and rename it “Dept Master 24-25 Order”.  Put the document in the folder titled MS Divisional Materials / Budget Ordering / 22-25 Master Order.
