Week Ahead: Nov. 14

It’s been another great week.  Thank you to Rick and Dawne (and all the advisors) for making the HL competition a rousing success.  Gayle Tsien, Board Chair, will be visiting from 10-12 on Friday.  She will be visiting EAL classes and observing services.  Hopefully you’ll have the opportunity to say hello!

Friday marks Sang’s last day with us in the Middle School.  We will celebrate her year and a half with us at 12:30 in the faculty lounge.

Author Visit Monday-Wednesday: We will have a special schedule on Tuesday to hear from our visiting author, Marc Tyler Nobelman.  Please bring your advisory to the auditorium.  Seat your class from the top down so that we can get seated quickly.  Be sure to sit with your advisory.  No faculty member should be standing at the side or away from their advisory.

Terry Fox Assembly:  We are very lucky to have the opportunity to hear Judith Fox, sister of Terry Fox, speak to us about her brother’s legacy.  This will be November 25th.  We are trying to work out a special schedule that will balance MS and HS.  As soon as it is developed, we will share it out.
