Morning Tardies:  All students who are late to first block musts be sent to the MS office to be checked in.  This ensures that we do not accidentally call parents regarding children who we think are absent but have actually arrived tardy.  It also helps us work with students who have challenges with getting to schools on time.

Attendance for ASAs in SchoolsBuddy:  Please be sure to activate your SchoolsBuddy account.  Session 1 ASAs will be taking attendance in SchoolsBuddy.  If you can’t find the email with the activation information, please check in with Jon W.

Author Visit Special Schedule:  Author Niall de Burca will be visiting SSIS on September 11.  We will be using the following schedule for that day.

Parent/Teacher Conferences (Oct 10/11)– To better serve our parent community, we will be offsetting the hours of PTC’s a little to support those families that have students in both the MS and HS. If you are a faculty parent with students in other divisions, you will be asked to schedule your conferences with your own children outside of the MS designated hours. If you are a faculty parent and have questions please see Molly. More information to follow, but you can see the overall structure below.  MS uses an arena structure and format for conferences in the Fall.
