CTP Testing:
This week starts CTP testing.
On Monday, you will be sharing some multiple choice testing tips with students during your advisory time. You will not be in your testing groups for this – just stay in your advisory.

Events, Meetings, ASAs, Parents on Campus:
The Event Protocols Team would like to share an update to the protocols surrounding EVENTS, MEETINGS and AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES. Effective April 18, 2022:
- Masks are mandatory everywhere.
- Meetings and events must follow maximum capacity in rooms Max occupancy-4/4/22
- All visitors and parents must be fully vaccinated, strictly 5K, mask mandatory, temp check, health declaration
- All pre-approved events must end by 8:00pm
- All after school activities must end by 6:00pm
- Nurses will be on campus for Sporting events but not for other After School Activities.
- No food at events or meetings or After School Activities.
EVENTS
- Fully vaccinated parents are allowed on campus for pre-approved events. These events must have PRIOR APPROVAL from the Event Protocols Team.
- PROCESS FOR SEEKING APPROVAL FOR AN EVENT:
- Step 1 : Send an email with your plan to Chris Beanes at least 2 weeks before the event. Provide as much detail as possible (location, date, time, number of people, activities, etc)
- Step 2 : Meet with Lisa Chute to discuss support from Health Office, 5K implementation, other details
- Step 3 : Wait for the Event Protocols Team to APPROVE or NOT APPROVE your event. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a decision.
MEETINGS
- Fully vaccinated parents are allowed on campus for ESSENTIAL meetings as defined below. No approval is required. Please enter the parent meeting and parent name on the Google Calendar and invite Chris Beanes. This must be done 48 hours ahead of time.
Essential Parent visits includes:
- Parents of students with academic struggles (failing courses
- Parents of students with mental health struggles (suicidal, eating disorders)
- Parents (and students) of new admissions/ future admissions (tours, ID, payment, testing)
- Parents for Parent Teacher Conferences/ Student Led conferences/ Learning Journeys
- Fully vaccinated visitors are allowed on campus for ESSENTIAL purposes as defined below. No approval is required. Please enter the visitor meeting and visitor name on the Google Calendar and invite Chris Beanes. This must be done 48 hours ahead of time..
Essential Visitors includes:
- Facility maintenance people (AC repair, coffee machine vendor) after 4pm and on weekends.
- Construction vendors (inspectors, workers) after 4pm and on weekends.
- Business vendors (for school operations)
- Contract negotiations (for school operations)
- Interviewees
- Specialists for student academic support (speech therapy, occupational therapist)
- Specialists for student mental health support
- Admissions Tours
