Week Ahead: August 13-17

Ah-Maz-Zing!  That’s my impression of the first days back to school.  You have all worked hard to ensure that the students first days are memorable, inspiring, and engaging.  As a tip of the hat to all of your efforts, we invite you to tip a cold beverage back tomorrow starting at 3:15ish on the 2nd floor of the HS building.   Way to knock it out the park this week!  Be sure to recharge those batteries over the weekend by remembering to take time for yourself.

Divisional Mtg: We will be reviewing several things: Curriculum Night, extended orientation plan, and Committees / Supervision.  Please be prompt and bring laptops.

Molly Taking Daughter to College:  Insert heavy sigh and sad face here.  I will be departing on Thursday to take Makenna to college.  I’ll be back on Thursday, Aug. 23rd.  During the time I’m away, I’ll be in communication via email.  Catriona Moran will serve as admin on call while I am away.  The first people to report any urgent issue is Hang and Bonnie.  They will then alert Catriona as needed.

AETNA: In case you missed the AETNA presentation.  Here is the slideshow.  Gavin Snock is our Lockton – Aetna representative.

Tech Remotes:  David Rynne reminded all to pick up projector and Apple TV remotes in the ICT office.  I also want to make sure you are aware that you are responsible for returning both remotes at the end of the year.  Please be sure to keep them in a secure location.  If they are lost, you will be responsible for covering the cost to replace them.
