Comments and Grades:  As you review your comments, please ensure that you are using PowerSchool full names and not just nicknames.  This is very important.  If you want to use a student’s nickname, you must first include their full PowerSchool (passport) name.  Comments are due at 3:00 on Monday; you have until Tuesday at 3:00 to verify the reports and grades are correct.

Final Week:  Here is the document that details the final week.  There are a few things we are still needing to resolve and/or attend to:

  • Final day – time from 10:30-11:55:  Last year, we used this time for all school yearbook signing.  But many felt it was too long of a time.  We need to resolve this issue
  • Final day assembly – StuCo wants a dance battle!  The vision is a team of teachers against a team of students.  A dance move will be shown – and then 2 from each team will battle for that move.  Once all have gone in the smaller battles, there would be a whole group battle as well.  Please let StuCo (or me) know if you are willing to join in the battle.  AND let me know what dance moves we want to add to the competition (I’m thinking sprinkler, disco, and …).

Teacher End of Year Check Out:  Here is the link to the teacher check out form.  X’s mean the column needs action; green highlight means the action is done.  As you compete the summer maintenance form, please indicate any additional materials, desks, chairs that you might need to support a class size of 24.  I will use that form to make arrangements.

New Insurance for 19-20: The new insurance takes effect July 1 (see email from WaiMun).  You will receive your new insurance cards the last week of school.  Please make sure you remember to pick them up before you leave for summer.
