Welcome back all from WWW!  From all reports, the three trips topped all expectations.  We will debrief of course (including surveying the students), but based on initial reports, we have 3 winners.  I hope that you all were able to cool off over the weekend and enjoy some sweat free moments.

Pre-Registration and Online Pre-Registration
We are getting course pre-registration completed this week for Grades 6 and 7.  Please be on time for all sessions.  They will begin at the time stated … so please don’t leave your classroom at the time stated – be seated and ready at the time stated.

Grades and Comments
Grades and comments must be completed by Friday at 3:00.  These must be put in the Q3 bin.  We will print verification reports at 3:00 and put them in your boxes.  These need to be returned (and signed) by 3:00 on Monday.  This gives us time to print and sort reports needed for Student Led Conferences.  I recommend pairing with another colleague to ensure that comments are proofed well.

Cool Instruction / Assessment Tip of the Week:
Since we teach in an international environment, we may think we automatically pay attention to cultural diversity.  Here is a great refresher to remind us of the importance of actively paying attention to this:
