Week Ahead: Oct. 24

What a great week capped off with Parent Teacher Conferences.  Though tiring, it is such a powerful opportunity to connect with parents and students.  I loved hearing the snippets of conversation and talking with students after their meetings.  They told me about the positive things they heard that surprised them and the things they are looking forward to growing in as they continue through the semester.  Thank you all for making it such a positive and learning experience.  I hope you all have a great, well deserved break!

Admin Coverage for the Week:  I will be at the EARCOS Leadership Pre-Conference and Conference this week.  While I’m gone, Sang and Bonnie will be holding down the fort.  If there are significant issues, Jacob Hendrikson will be batting clean up for the middle school while I’m gone.

Planning Ahead:  After we return from break, we have 5 weeks until WWW.  After WWW, we have 9 school days before Winter Break.  Think about those 9 days and what would make the best use of the time for you and your students.
