Tripod Survey Self Reflection:  The Tripod survey data has been shared with each of you.  I’d like to schedule a 15-20 minute meeting with each of you to talk about your analysis and reflection on the data.  Please use this Survey Reflection Form as a way to review your data.  You can either complete it in writing (be sure to make a copy of the form and watch the share settings) or just come prepared with your responses to those questions.  There is so much to celebrate about what students had to say about all of you.  I look forward to hearing your reflections.  Another document you might want to take a look at shows the divisional averages for the middle school.  Though this professional feedback isn’t intended for comparisons, it might be of interest to some of you.  Some of you have already calculated your averages from the different classes.  In my divisional analysis, I also calculated them – so if you didn’t already do it and would like to view that as well, let me know and I can send it to you.  Finally, we will spend some time reviewing our divisional data to see what we can learn as a division from our students’ feedback.

Tet on Tuesday:  On Tuesday, we will get to see 10 of our MS student perform during the assembly.  This assembly will be led by HS StuCo and will feature a video made by our students as well as our student performance. This will be held in the gym.  As soon as you take attendance in advisory, please make your way with your advisees to the gym for the assembly.  After that, we will move to the field for activities.  MS advisory groups will be paired with HS groups.  The activities will be led by HS students.  Please stay with your advisory and help manage the activities and ensure that students are participating and following along.  There are 4 different activities outside.  At 2:10, the ES will join us outside, and we will all get to see the Dragon Dance!  It’s going to be a fantastic day!

Planning for attendance on Thursday:  Please remember that many students may be gone on Thursday.  Hang is trying to help keep us informed of any students who we know will be gone.  If you know of any other students, please be sure to let Hang know.
