There are a few books recently published on the topic of habit formation. We will take a look at them in upcoming posts. In the meantime, here are two blog posts about Dr. Wood’s work. The first is a post by Michelle McQuaid in which she crystalizes Wood’s work into three life hacks plus two bonus ones in case the first three don’t quite work out. 🙂 The second blog post is by a graduate student at the University of Virginia (Wahoowa!) in which she interviews Dr. Wood.
