“This year, the school has switched to using OSTICKET instead of the old HELPDESK page.
Currently, most teachers are sending a large number of tickets to Facility Maintenance, which includes information that needs support from both the Cleaning and Grounds departments. This will cause delays or loss of information in supporting the submitters.
Therefore, I am writing to provide guidance for teachers. The content is as follows:
1. If you need support for maintenance and repairs, select “Facility Maintenance” in the Department field:
2. If you need support for moving furniture, items, caring for plants, etc., select “Grounds” in the Department field:
3. If you need support for cleaning and sanitation, select “Cleaning Department” in the Department field:
4. If you need support for projectors, printers, phones, network systems, audio, etc., select “IT Department” in the Department field:
