Accessing your Education Surveys
|Dear Faculty,
Thank you for your assistance and participation in the Education Surveys this term. These surveys are part of our school-wide efforts to improve communications between all groups at SSIS: students, teachers, administrators, and parents. Just as the administrative team members have learned from your feedback to us on our surveys, it is hoped that you will find your students’ reflections to be honest, helpful, and supportive.
This data presents you with an opportunity to reflect on your practice and your work with students and to identify strengths and possibilities for continued growth and development as an educator.
We suggest the following steps as you begin your review:
-
Data analysis and reflection: Before examining the data, what predictions do you have about what you will see? After review your data, what areas of strength do you note? After reviewing your data, what area of focus do you identify?
-
Identification of next steps: Based on analysis and reflection, identify two or three immediate next steps do you want to take this school year? How can your principal support you in these?
-
Longer term goals: Based on your analysis and reflection, what longer term steps do you want to take for the coming school year? What can the school do to help you be successful?
Survey results can be reviewed by accessing by pointing your browser to http://educationsurvey.ssis.edu.vn. Enter your network login and password when prompted.
The divisional principals will schedule time with you in January to discuss your surveys and reflections.
We are proud of you, our teachers, and the great work that you do. No single factor is more important to the reputation of SSIS than the quality of our faculty.
Sincerely yours,
Mark Sylte, Head of School
