A request re email communication

Dear Faculty and Staff,

Again, thank you for your efforts as we transition to Virtual School with students.  This shift has led to an increase in the number of email communications between faculty and students/parents.  Additionally, there is increased email communication from me and divisional principals due to the CoronaVirus and the shift to Virtual School.  So, I would really like to request your assistance with limiting any other all-school communication.

For your wellness, to prioritize student and parent communication, and to reduce inaccurate information please run all desired divisional communication by your divisional principal before sending.  School-wide communication should be approved by David Chadwell, Wai Mun or me.
