Experiencing Emotions Using the RAIN Framework

I am going through a series of guided meditations offered by Diana Winston of the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center. One of her meditations offers the RAIN technique to experience and investigate how we respond to emotions. This method gets away from using the term “negative” in describing our feelings as the point of being mindful is to experience the moment without judgement.
