IB Update – December 3-7
|IB DEADLINES
**Given the recent situation with the EE deadline, I am looking to develop a consistent system for dealing with missed deadlines for both first and final submissions that is not seen as an extension but guarantees a complete submission for all students. If you have suggestions for what you’ve seen work well in the past, please share them with me.
At this time, for missed first submissions I am considering pulling students in before school (starting at 6:45am), during lunch, and after school the day after a missed deadline. Whatever they have completed by 4:15pm on that day is submitted before they leave the “gulag” session with me. For missed final submissions, the first submission will be taken as their final submission. Please share your thoughts and suggestions on this plan.***
UPCOMING GRADE 12 DEADLINES:
- December 3 – Visual Arts Mock Exhibition
- Week of December 3 – English Lit IOC and English L&L FOAs
UPCOMING GRADE 11 DEADLINES:

STORAGE OF FINAL SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS
Once your students have submitted their final versions of IAs or you have recorded their IOC/orals, please place a copy of the assessment and any required form or extracts in the appropriate folder within the IB Work for Upload Drive. Please save the documents with the following naming protocol: StudentsLastName_FirstName_Assessment_Level (Sample: Armstrong_Cassie_HistoryIA_SL, Stoltz_Chris_MathIA_SL).
