IB Update – January 28-30
|STORAGE AND UPLOAD OF FINAL SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS
Once the students have completed work that needs to be submitted to IB, please follow the steps below:
-  Upload the students’ final files in IB Work for Upload Drivewith this naming protocol: LastName_FirstName_TaskName_
Level (Armstrong_Cassie_ChemIA_SL) - Send me an email when your files are uploaded and you have final marks for the IA.
- I will provide a mark sheet for you to enter your IA grades. I will enter them on IBIS and pull your sample.
- For the students sampled you’ll need to provide criteria marks and comments (or have comments written on the document itself). I will provide a googlesheet for you to enter this.
- I will then upload them to the IB eCoursework site.
- Once I’ve uploaded to eCoursework, I will have you complete the final submission after double-checking that I’ve uploaded the correct files. I will set up a time to have a quick 10 minute meeting to show you how to check and submit the final submissions on eCoursework. You’ll need to have access to your IBIS account for this. If you have lost your login details, you can reset your password and pin on the IBIS login page. I can provide your user ID for you, but have no access to passwords and pins.
If anything is unclear or if you’d like to meet to review the process in person with you, please let me know
