MARCH 5TH – 9TH 2018 MOCK EXAMS
Several weeks ago, I posted a preliminary Mock Exam schedule and I emailed the Class of 2018 in November. Errors have been addressed. Here is the March 2018 Mock Exam Schedule and list of students: Here is the Schedule
2018 Subject Component Upload Requirements
IBIS eCoursework has opened as of January 15th. HERE IS THE LIST OF IA and IBDP DUE DATES. When you log into your IBIS account (www.ibis.ibo.org), you will notice on the top line of options (Home Predicted Grade Internal Assessment eCoursework). Some teachers have an HL and SL option. If you are logged into your HL section, you will not see your SL students. If you are in the SL section, you will not see your HL students. Be sure that you are on the correct HL/SL option.
Here are all the IBDP Forms and Coversheets:

You MUSt be logged into My IB to access this page.
Choose the eCoursework HL/SL option and you will notice that a new tab opens. Depending on your course, you will see what IA pieces are required and available for upload. HERE IS THE LIST OF 2018 SUBJECT COMPONENT UPLOAD REQUIREMENTS. You will see the list of students and the available option(s) in eCoursework. You can either upload from your computer or you can upload from Google Drive. If you have issues with IBIS options, you will see this on your IBIS Home page:
Use the Predicted grade, Internal assessment and eCoursework tabs below the yellow bar to access options for entering Predicted grades, Internal Assessment marks and for uploading and submitting candidate coursework. For further guidance on these processes, please read the documents below.
Internal Assessment (IA) entry user guide
Predicted Grade (PG) entry user guide
Subject component upload requirements
You will need to be logged into IBIS to be able to access these links. IA Grades – each teacher can upload the student IA scores. Predicted Grades – I will have a paper document for all teachers to fill out and I will upload the PGs.
I am asking teachers to complete the eCoursework IA uploads as was done last year. Verify that all Internal Assessment work is the authentic work of the student. I will have all students sign and IB form authenticating that their work is their own work – but teachers will need to go through TurnItIn and validate with your student. See below….
Changes to the Academic Misconduct option for eCoursework uploads
Posted on 12 Jan 2018
Please be advised that the option to select ‘Academic misconduct’ on the eCoursework upload screens is no longer available. Teachers and coordinators are expected to go through the authentication process before candidates’ work is uploaded and submitted for assessment on IBIS.
The IB will only accept work for assessment or moderation that has been authenticated and constitutes the final version of that work. Please refer to ‘The authentication of candidates’ work’ section of the Assessment Procedures for further information (section B3.2 for Diploma Programme/B3.4 for Career-related Programme).
If eCoursework does not work for you even after looking at and following the IBIS links, let me know and I can see what I am able to do. FireFox works best with eCoursework if you find that Chrome gets wonky.
