Student Services Update: Feb 15-19

ADVISORY: Monday Feb 15th

Grade 9: Students should meet in advisory rooms. Please read the instructions to the fun rejoining/welcome back communication game. You will have stacks of paper in your mailbox by Wednesday afternoon for the activity. You will give each student in the group a stack of paper for the activity. The number of pieces of paper are equal to the number of people in your advisory group, so if you have anyone absent you will have to remove one piece of paper in the stack for each student absent. This is a fun activity and typically involves a lot of laughter. If you have any questions about how to facilitate the game please don’t hesitate to ask. 

Grade 10: Students should meet in the MPR for an IB/AP overview with Ms. Basel. 

Grade 11: Grade 11 pre-registration. Students with the last name A-L should meet with Ms. Bumpus in the student lounge and last name M-Z should meet with Ms. Hawken in the Gym.

Grade 12: Students should meet in advisory rooms. Please support students to research about sexual safety in college. We are embarking upon five Senior transition seminar activities that will focus on sexual safety and alcohol and other drug awareness.
