Getting IB Scores in PowerTeacher

It’s almost time to put in the first IB scores for this school year. Follow the tutorial below to review the process. If you have any technical questions about entering PG’s, let Thomas know. If you have questions about the process of giving IB PG’s for your students, please see Cassie.

1. Go to PowerTeacher and click the Backpack icon for the class you need to enter predictive scores.
   
2. Choose a student with whom you would like to start.
   
3. To the right side of the next screen, click “Select screens” and choose “IB Scores.”
   
4. Click “Add” on the next screen.
   
5. Find and choose your course name, being careful to choose between HL and SL. Select the IB 1-7 grade for the current reporting term. Don’t change past PG’s or enter future PG’s. Click Submit.
