The second tab shows the invigilation schedule. Once the invigilation schedule has been finalized, you’ll be sent calendar invites for your sessions.
- Morning exams will start at 8:00am; invigilators need to report by 7:45am
- Afternoon exams will start at 12:15pm; invigilators need to report by 12:00noon
- Cassie will bring all exam materials to the room(s) and assist in setting up and starting exams whenever available.
Teachers will need to provide copies of their exam for the entire class + one extra. Please return copies of your exams to Cassie no later than Wednesday, 27 February 2019. Please use the envelopes provided. Whenever possible, model your exam on an actual IB exam; you can use past exam papers, mix and match past exam papers, or create your own. Past papers are available here (IBDP Teachers Resources Team Drive, “Past Papers” folder) .
Cassie will provide all required data books and lined paper for open answer questions and multiple choice forms for science MCQ exams.
Please provide directions on the envelope in the “special instructions” section if anything else is required for your exam or if you have special directions (such as the need for a data booklet, use of a calculator, need to answer in a provided answer booklet, etc).
STORAGE AND UPLOAD OF FINAL SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS
Once the students have completed work that needs to be submitted to IB, please follow the steps below:
-  Upload the students’ final files in IB Work for Upload Drive with this naming protocol: LastName_FirstName_TaskName_
Level (Armstrong_Cassie_ChemIA_SL) - Send me an email when your files are uploaded and you have final marks for the IA.
- I will provide a mark sheet for you to enter your IA grades. I will enter them on IBIS and pull your sample.
- For the students sampled you’ll need to provide criteria marks and comments (or have comments written on the document itself). I will provide a googlesheet for you to enter this.
- I will then upload them to the IB eCoursework site.
- Once I’ve uploaded to eCoursework, I will have you complete the final submission after double-checking that I’ve uploaded the correct files. I will set up a time to have a quick 10 minute meeting to show you how to check and submit the final submissions on eCoursework. You’ll need to have access to your IBIS account for this. If you have lost your login details, you can reset your password and pin on the IBIS login page. I can provide your user ID for you, but have no access to passwords and pins.
