Staff Action Needed
-
Faculty Meeting Information (Jan 31)- Our meeting on January 31 will be a little unconventional. We will have a number of group discussions happening at the same time that interest you. We will have three rotations of 20 minutes in length. You choose which topic to join and just go for it as a group. The HSLT has brainstormed some potential topics for dialogue. Please indicate which topics resonate with you and you feel are worthy of staff discussion. Also, please add additional topics of your interest. We had a meeting similar to this last year if you remember.  Share you interests here with this 1 minute survey.
- Review Tripod Survey Data (see below)
- Semester Two Exams. Please identify on this document which of your courses do you want to write a Semester Two exam in the gymnasium.  YES mean you want the students to write an exam in the Gymnasium.  NO means that you are not requesting students to write an exam in the Gymnasium. Semester Two Exams in Gymnasium Request
Senior Privileges – Here are the senior priviledges for grade 12 students with strong academic standing (not having 2 D’s or any F’s). Some of you have asked about them, so here they are.
Tripod Survey Results/Reflection– Results from the Tripod Surveys have been shared with you. Some of you might want to look at the results over break; and others might want to look at them when they return. There are a few things that will be useful to you for when you decide to review your feedback.  Tripod Reflection Protocol: This is created by Tripod and will be especially helpful for those who have never done a Tripod survey before. The information is valuable and there is a reflection worksheet you could use. Here is a shorter reflection form that we used last year (you’ll need to make a copy). If you want to use this one, I recommend using it in conjunction with the information in the Tripod Reflection Protocol. Here are  2016-17 and 2017-18 Divisional Results for comparison.  As you can see our division results are improved in almost every category. Great work all! Huyen will schedule a 20 minute meeting with each of you to talk about your analysis and reflection on the data in January before Tet break. Â
