|Some things are obvious. We don’t need research to confirm what we know is true.
We know that social connections and positive relationships are important. But what we might not know is to the degree that social connectivity is important to our well-being and to the potential length of our lives. What some of the research tells us is that “relationships impact our mental and physical health more than any other factor”.
So as we board planes, buses or motorbikes to start our winter holiday, look to nourish the R in PERMAH as we spend time with family and make new social connections with fellow travelers.
