PERMAH Pivot Plan

International educators make big life moves when they change jobs and countries. Here is an outline of what could be called a PERMAH pivot plan to help with this process. The plan adapts the PERMAH pillars and the Character Strengths into a step by step process to help educators plan for and launch their pivots. 🙂
