Dear Faculty and Staff,

Thank you for another great week. Last week, we attended the Vietnam Child Protection Summit, and we wish to remind you of one of the crucial aspects of our child protection and safeguarding policy and procedures.

To ensure the safety and integrity of our students, please be reminded that you may never put any personal identifying information about our students on social media, nor may you keep it on your phones or other personal devices (SSIS Code of Conduct).

Furthermore, if our marketing team shares images of students, according to the SSIS policy, they only use students’ first names. Please only use first names when sharing any student images.

Likewise, if you are ever questioned by someone outside of our organization about a student attending SSIS, the response should always be, “We do not speak about students attending SSIS.”

Our students’ safety is at the forefront of all that we do, and their safety is the responsibility of everyone in this organization.

If, at any time, you believe that a student’s personal identifying information has been compromised, I encourage you to contact me. The safety of our students relies on it.

Dear Faculty and Staff,

Tuần trước, Trường SSIS phối hợp với các đơn vị khác đã tổ chức thành công và cử nhóm đại diện tham gia Hội nghị về công tác bảo vệ trẻ em. Trở về từ Hội nghị, Ban giám hiệu muốn chia sẻ và nhắc lại một lần nữa một khía cạnh quan trọng trong chính sách bảo vệ và bảo đảm an toàn cho trẻ em.

Đó là cần tuyệt đối bảo mật thông tin của học sinh, đặc biệt nghiêm cấm các hành vi chia sẻ thông tin trên mạng xã hội, hoặc lưu thông tin học sinh trong các thiết bị điện tử cá nhân như máy tính, điện thoại.

Theo đó, các kênh truyền thông xã hội của trường, khi chia sẻ ảnh của học sinh, chỉ sử dụng tên. Chính sách của Nhà trường là chỉ nêu tên không kèm họ hoặc đệm khi chia sẻ hình ảnh về học sinh.

Trường hợp người ngoài hỏi về học sinh SSIS, chúng ta nên trả lời “Chúng tôi không chia sẻ thông tin về học sinh.”

Bảo vệ và bảo đảm an toàn cho học sinh là trách nhiệm của mỗi nhân viên, giáo viên trong trường, và là nhiệm vụ ưu tiên hàng đầu của Nhà trường.

Sự an toàn của học sinh phụ thuộc vào các bạn, vì vậy khi phát hiện thông tin cá nhân của học sinh bị rò rỉ hoặc có nguy cơ bị lộ, tôi khuyến khích các bạn thông tin ngay tới Ban giám hiệu Nhà trường.
